In the rare circumstance that your item is missing from your order please follow the directions or contact customer service at info@fans-hobby.com.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
Merchandise ordered through the online shop cannot be exchanged.
If the product is damaged or do not correspond with how the product was presented on FANS-HOBBY Online Shop, you have the right to enter a claim.
Please contact customer service at info@fans-hobby.com with a photograph of the damage/error within 7 days of having received the goods. When we have received the product and approved the claim you will be informed and a new product will be sent to you.
CUSTOMS CHARGES
If the customer's country or region charges fees like import tariff, value added tax, customs handling fees, etc, the customer will have to bear the charge(s). The fees will be collected by the Post Office or courier service provider of the customer's country or region. In case the delivery of an order is delayed due to customs, we bear no responsibility on this circumstances. We do not issue any proof of export documents, such as proof of country of origin, or export visas.
